Excellent Company & Service!
"I've had McGee Refrigeration doing my early service for a couple years now. This was the year that was to eventually come. They replaced my HVAC system. The estimator came out at a time that was convenient and thoroughly looked over the system, the quote was in my inbox the following morning, well detailed, easy to understand with line itemed costs as for no confusion. Talked to Kaila as I had a question regarding an issue that I knew about from years earlier. She quickly found the service call (5 years ago) and sent Troy out the following morning to look at the issue. Bid was revised to include the ducting issue (single bedroom) and sent for me to approve. Troy returned the following week to do the install as arranged. He was on time all three days, friendly, professional and left the house as he found it. He allowed me to look in at my schedule. Took the time to look at each and every room until I was satisfied, even returned later that day when I called with a concern. Turned out to be a drainage line that he took care of, on the spot. I have been extremely happy with all the interactions I've had with every member of McGee Refrigeration's team. I will continue to have them service my HVAC system and will not hesitate to call them again next time, although that should not occur for a very long time. Thank you McGee Refrigeration!!!! "
