McGee did not install my unit, but they have been servicing it for a couple of years. I discovered a small leak from the area where the unit is attached to my roof. This was the morning of Christmas Eve. They were able to send Troy out within a few hours on a rainy day and make the needed repair. I would have considered this a bargain at twice the price I was charged. I was very happy to get that kind of service on Christmas Eve.
