"This is a new post (9-25-24) that I wanted to add. My AC went out last night and I panicked. At 8pm, I called McGee Refrigeration for assistance. Their on-call technician replied that they wouldn't be able to come out at that hour, but with his Supervisor's approval, they were able to squeeze me in the following day!. Thank God that the repair involved replacing a part and it didn't cost me a fortune in repairs!. I have a yearly maintenance service with this company and I have always been extremely satisfied with their work. Troy, the technician, who assisted me today is very knowledgeable along with treating me with respect and kindness. He showed me the damaged part compared to the new part. I appreciate the transparency this company abides by. I' am so pleased with the outstanding service this local company provides for their community. I will be their customer for life! I live in Hanford and used a local Heating and Air-conditioning service for a few years. My technician had terminated his employment to seek another line of work. I hadn't contacted the company to continue maintenance because he left, so, I just left it alone. My sister-in-law was talking about a Heating and Air-conditioning company in Visalia. I asked her if she would recommend them and if they service Hanford. Her reply was yes to all. The technician's, Troy and Javier were friendly and professional. I showed them the vents and they took it from there. I watched as they delicately walked through my home with care and diligence, all the while referring to me as Mrs. Maciel. I'm not a prude, but I appreciated the courtesy. I will admit, these technicians outshined my previous service man! They took their time but, worked steadily. They informed me as to every step they took to ensure my air-conditioning was working to it's performance peak. I 'am highly impressed with this company and it's staff. I 'am all about supporting local businesses and will continue to request this outstanding company and its professional staff for future maintenance services."

"Best Service ever!!! They just earned a for life customer. Called at 8 by 9 they already had their techs at my house. Issue got fixed in less than an hour :) 10/10 Service!!"
