"I cannot say enough good things about McGee! Lana was awesome returning calls even though it was really really busy! And she was genuinely concerned! I was out of town when my AC went on the fritz in the middle of a heatwave. I have cats and a salt water aquarium. Lot's of money and love invested and they made it a priority to do what it took to get the job done. I am going to use them for all my HVAC needs! Very reasonably priced, very honest, and just a complete stand up company! Updated: 11/19/2025 I have been with this company for over 10 years now and have seen people come and go. I have gotten to know a few of the technicians. Troy works on homes like it is his own! Never have to clean up after him or any other worker. Troy represents the heart and core of their company, its principals and what they project from coompany to employees. I cannot harp enough on how everyone from service, accounting and technicians are stndouts in community & representation. I have known the owner's wife Lana for several years past when I was on vacation, she was easy to work with and told us not to worry she would make sure we were taken care of and we could settle once we got home. They are people who stand by their word, always have, and provife actions to back it up! In meeting Troy several times through the years I would say he is an integral backbone to the business and all it stands for. The are reasonably priced, hard working, and always eager to satisfy thier customers until the job is done and done correctly. I cannot express enough how they all feel like family and treat you as such."
