"We bought a replacement unit for our house. The McGee team also inspected the ductwork and found that it was very tired too and also needed to be replaced. It would have been pretty easy for a dishonest company to gouge us a little at that point. Not McGee. The prices are competitive and the parts list detailed. No surprises. The unit on the house was probably a 1988 model and was very tired. The crew (shout out to Troy and Brendan) was prompt, professional, very polite and friendly and finished ahead of schedule, even with the extra work. They told us that when they were finished it would be the best looking unit in the neighborhood - and they were right. I went up on the roof to inspect the workmanship and it was excellent. Clean, neat, and professional. The company is top notch and we received 5 star - white glove treatment. Thank you McGee Team for a great experience."
