"Thank you so much Troy from McGee Refrigeration. I made a call this morning to have someone come out and inspect our 22 year old furnace. I was concerned at the amount of dirt and debris that was in the Intake Filter since it was only used for 1 month, as we moved into the home just recently. Also one room was not getting much heat. Troy came out today, I didn't have to wait. He inspected, cleaned, repaired and replaced what the furnace needed. He showed me everything he was doing and educated me on what to expect. He says the furnace is in very good condition for its age and we can expect it to continue to work well. I also decided to purchase the Maintenance agreement which will take care of both the Furnace and the A/C. I especially liked Troy’s attention to details and his knowledge of HVAC technology. This is an aspect of service that is really important to me……someone who can explain to me what the problems are and how the problems can and will be repaired. Troy is great with customer service and has really good communication skills. He gets an A+ in my book and I don’t hand them out generally. Thank you so much Troy!"- < Previous
