"I can't say enough good things about my experience with McGee Refrigeration Heating & Air Conditioning. Our AC was blowing out hot air as we were coming into a triple digit heatwave over the next week. We called a different business initially and we were told the part we needed had to be ordered and wouldn't arrive for 4 days. There was NO WAY we could go without AC in these temps for 4 days! My mom recommended I give McGee a call because she uses them to service her HVAC system twice a year, and even though it was after hours, the owner, Lana answered my call and walked me through the information needed to see if they had the part. She called me first thing the next morning, told me they had the part and a technician would be out that afternoon to get things fixed. Everything went so smooth with the repair and Gary (the technician) was so thorough and efficient and made sure everything was in working order before he left. I'd 100% recommended this business to anyone needing HVAC work done!! Their customer service, their technicians and overall professionalism was 10/10!!"
